Compliance & Regulation
An integrated framework, with uncompromising rigour.

Rigour and Transparency
International compliance lies at the very heart of GLEAM International's DNA. We have built a comprehensive, robust, and adaptive regulatory ecosystem that enables us to operate with full transparency and to safeguard our partners' interests over the long term.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), Know Your Customer (KYC), and adherence to international sanctions: we manage all of these requirements in an integrated manner, with rigorous processes and dedicated teams.
"A living commitment, not a static achievement."
Our compliance is a dynamic process. We maintain a permanent regulatory watch to anticipate legislative developments and continuously adapt our procedures. Our documentation is kept up to date, and we are fully prepared to respond to any inspection or information request from the authorities.
By partnering with GLEAM International, you choose a partner that has made compliance a strategic pillar. It is our own exacting standards that protect your business.
GLEAM INTERNATIONAL

A comprehensive AML/CFT framework, built for the long term.
Our compliance programme is underpinned by a Business Risk Assessment covering the risks of money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing. This in-depth analysis enables us to precisely calibrate our obligations and address them through an arsenal of 11 internal policies and procedures, spanning the entire regulatory spectrum. These notably include :
– Formalised AML/CFT policies and procedures
– Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment
– KYC forms for legal entities and natural persons
– Client risk profiling forms
– Regularly updated list of high-risk countries
– ML/FT/PF red flag indicators
– Client onboarding and offboarding procedure
– Periodic reporting templates and AML register
These documents are not mere formalities: they structure our internal governance and underpin our Customer Due Diligence (CDD), screening, regulatory reporting, and data retention processes.
01.

Compliance fully aligned with international and UAE standards.
GLEAM International operates in strict compliance with applicable legislation, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. (134) of 2025 of the United Arab Emirates, as well as directives issued by the Ministry of Economy and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
Our registration with the FIU's goAML portal and our EOCN subscription attest to our full integration within the local regulatory ecosystem. We apply the same exacting standards across all our international business relationships, incorporating FATF recommendations, UN, OFAC, and EU sanctions, as well as Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists.
02.

KYC, Screening & Monitoring : Robust, Ongoing Processes.
In-depth identity verification (KYC/KYB) : every client, business partner, supplier, shareholder, director, and ultimate beneficial owner is subject to systematic screening.
Multi-source screening : our checks cross-reference international sanctions lists, PEP databases, and adverse media coverage. A risk profile (high, medium, or low) is assigned upon onboarding and periodically reassessed.
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) : for high-risk profiles, we deploy in-depth enhanced due diligence measures.
Transaction monitoring : our teams continuously analyse transaction flows to identify unusual or suspicious patterns. Alerts are qualified, documented, and, where appropriate, escalated.
03.

Regulatory Reporting & Ongoing Support.
Our framework encompasses the preparation and submission of all reports required by the competent authorities: suspicion reports (SAR/STR), PNMR, DPMSR, FFR, REAR, HRC, and HRCA. We also maintain an internal governance framework that clearly defines roles and responsibilities, and ensures periodic reporting to senior management.
04.

Compliance Training & Culture
Because a framework is only as strong as the people who operate it, GLEAM International has rolled out a 'Quick Starter' AML training programme, covering:
– Key concepts (money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing)
– The regulatory framework applicable to the UAE
– Client onboarding processes (KYC, risk profiling, EDD)
– Identification of PEPs and ultimate beneficial owners
– Sector-specific risk indicators and suspicious transaction reporting
– Implementation of Targeted Financial Sanctions (TFS)
Each participant receives a detailed training manual and a certificate of attendance. This training is refreshed regularly to maintain a high level of vigilance across the entire organisation.
05.

Responsible Supply Chain
In addition, we have formalised a Responsible Supply Chain Policy, aligned with OECD guidelines and the CAHRA guidelines, to manage non-financial risks within our ecosystem.
